GAA to Present Annual Awards for National Flight Instructor, Aviation Technician, and FAASTeam Rep at AirVenture 2023
Versailles, Kentucky - April 17, 2023 - The General Aviation Awards Board of Directors will present their yearly awards to the 2023 National Certified Flight Instructor, Aviation Technician, and FAA Safety Team Representative at AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
As in previous years, the award ceremony, emceed by a member of GAA’s Board of Directors, will be held from 9-10 AM, Thursday, July 27, 2023, at the FAA Aviation Safety Center, followed by an announcement by Billy Nolen, Acting FAA Administrator, at “Meet The Administrator.” A luncheon will follow the awards at the Baby Aces tent. At the award ceremony, GAA’s Board of Directors will recognize each of our honorees, Robert Raskey, National Flight Instructor; William Ross, National Aviation Technician; and Dennis Miller, National FAASTeam Representative.
